The Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) is a signals intelligence agency - the British equivalent of the NSA. They send their victims to the GCHQ Jail. The organization first appeared in the TTS universe through Thunderbirds101's videos, and then in nkrs200's videos. They have also briefly appeared in AT88TV's videos. It is voiced by British Speakonia Male Voice 1 (Low Pitch).
