General Jabob Charles Vibes is the general of the Axis of Evil army. He is said to be one of the winningest generals of all-time, and rumors had it that he was at the Battle of HastLOL in 1066 AD, the most decisive battle in military history. He is armed with a spear, longsword, war hammer, and throwing knife. Vibes was signed to the Axis of Evil on February 16th, 2014. There isn't much history or background about Vibes. In a way, he's a mystery to even the greatest philosiphers. one thing for sure is that he's Weather Overseer Herald's older brother by 5 years. However, Vibes questions his little brother's existence, as Herald was the bane of Vibes's existence in his childhood years.
